Lino Printing Workshop

A fun and creative lino printing workshop where guests learn the art of lino cutting to design and make their own stamps.

Guests begin by designing their own stamps. We’ll show guests how to transfer their design onto lino, and how to use the lino cutters to cut out shapes and details.

With the technical bit done, thing then get creative. Guests can then use their stamps to create their design on cards, a tote bag and tea towel. They can arrange their design any way they’d like and can create a single image or repeat pattern. They can even swap stamps and borrow each other’s designs!

Each person will have the freedom to create their own design, with guidance from our tutor, so that the group can enjoy the shared experience of learning a new skill together while expressing themselves with their own personalised project.

At the end of the lino printing workshop, guests will take home their creations. They can also reuse their bespoke stamp to make more creations at home, or even to print matching cards or gift wrap! And, if guests don’t think they’ll use their stamps again, we certainly will! Any stamps left with us go into a “bank” for other groups to use in the future.
